How can I use the 3D Design App to customize my furniture?
Follow these easy steps to create your perfect piece: - Choose Size and Color: Use the right panel to select your desired size and favorite color. - Add Doors and Drawers: Click on any segment to add doors or drawers to your design. - Adjust Height: Hover over the arrow on the left side to modify the height. - Check Segment Sizes: Click the left bottom button to view the dimensions of each segment. - Undo/Redo: Use the right bottom button to undo or redo any of your actions. Once you're happy with your design, you can save it for later or add it to your cart to purchase immediately. Enjoy designing your custom furniture, tailored just for you!
Should I anchor my furniture to the wall?
According to the latest ASTM international standards, any storage units or chest-type furniture exceeding 30” in height must be anchored to the wall. If your design meets this criterion, we will include the necessary wall-anchoring connector in your order package.
How does the assembly and disassembly work?
At Woodlly, we strive to make assembling your custom shelf straightforward. Our click-in system is designed for ease, allowing for quick setup. A small shelf can be put together in about 15 minutes. If your design includes additional doors or drawers, or if it's larger in size, the assembly will naturally take longer. To ensure your shelf stands strong and lasts long, the connections are made to be snug. Depending on your design, you might need to lightly tap them into place with a hammer. This tight fit is intentional, providing stability and durability to your shelf. When it comes time to disassemble, the process is just as straightforward. Follow the assembly steps in reverse, and you can take everything apart.
How can I see the material before placing an order?
If you are one of those people who need to touch the material before buying furniture, we have a sample package for you. Email us at [email protected] to order the sample package and we will send you a package of all colors. You can check them in your house and order your Woodlly with certainty.
Order and Payment
Can I design my furniture with my smartphone?
You can design your shelf on a smartphone with our 3D Design App, which is optimized for convenience on devices of all sizes. For an enhanced experience, we recommend using larger screens like tablets or laptops.
How can I track my order?
Once you've placed your order, we'll send a confirmation email with a "Track Your Order" link. You can also track your order by signing into your account and checking your order status there.
What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
If you can't find the email, first check your SPAM folder. Still missing? Visit “Track my Order” at the bottom of our home page and enter the email you used for the order to get another confirmation email sent to you. If the second email doesn’t arrive, please contact us at [email protected], and we'll promptly assist you.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
After placing your order for a Custom Woodlly Shelf, you have a 24-hour grace period to either cancel for a full refund (minus a 2.8% transaction fee) or modify your order once, free of charge. This window ensures you're completely satisfied with your choice before we begin crafting your custom shelf. Should you decide to cancel after 24 hours but before your item ships, a 50% cancellation fee of the order's subtotal (before discount) applies, but any taxes will be refunded as per state laws, and shipping charges are refundable. Please note, this policy is firm to ensure fairness to all our customers.
Shipping and Return
How long does it take for my Woodlly to be shipped?
Shipping typically takes up to 5 weeks. For larger orders needing extra time for completion and delivery, we'll notify you by email.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shippings are calculated per order to all destinations within the United States except for Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. You can check the shipping cost at checkout. Currently, we don’t offer delivery to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. For those of you who live in such a place, you can reach out to us and request shipping cost information.
Do you ship out of the United States?
We currently do not provide delivery services outside the United States, but we are actively working on expanding our delivery regions. To stay updated on our progress, please sign up for our newsletter.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
You can easily track your order through your account, where the shipping date is visible in your Order Status. A week before shipping, we'll email you to confirm your address. Upon confirmation, we'll proceed with shipping your furniture. Please note, a signature is required upon receiving your order.
How can I return my furniture?
Your custom-made shelf is crafted specifically to your design, making it a unique addition to your home. If you decide to return it, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. For these made-to-order items, we offer a refund of 50% of your purchase price, excluding any return shipping costs. Taxes will be refunded as per state laws, but original shipping charges aren't refundable. Please ensure the shelf is returned in its original condition. Your refund will be processed after our warehouse inspects the returned item.
Warranty
Does Woodlly furniture have a warranty?
We're committed to the quality of your Woodlly and your satisfaction. Our furniture comes with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering any manufacturing defects. Please note, the warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or alterations, including any changes or additions of third-party components. It's valid only for the original purchaser at the initial delivery address, is non-transferable, and doesn’t extend to items moved from their original location. What if my furniture arrives damaged?
At Woodlly, we carefully craft and securely package your furniture to arrive in perfect condition. However, if you discover any damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours. Include pictures of the damage so we can swiftly address the issue and arrange for a replacement. Your satisfaction and the integrity of your Woodlly experience are our top priorities.
