Use the right panel to pick the size that you want and the color that you like. - Click on each segment to add a door and drawer. - Hover on the arrow on the left side to change the height. - Use the left bottom button to check the size of each segment. - Use the right bottom button to undo or redo your moves. After you finalized your design, you can save it for later or add it to your cart and purchase it right away.

The assembly is repetitive and straightforward. The time of assembly varies based on the size of your design, starting from 30 minutes. We will send you digital customized assembly instructions including videos and pictures. You will need a hammer to click the pieces into each other. If your order has a door or drawer, you will need a screwdriver to attach the door hinge and/or drawer slides to the shelf. It is super convenient when you want to move to another place or you just want to store your furniture in a garage for a couple of months and travel the world. You can disassemble your shelf by performing the assembly instruction backward and all pieces would be taken apart.

The shelving unit features a sturdy framework constructed from 3/4-inch laminated plywood. In cases where the shelf is designed with a back panel, it is crafted from 1/2-inch laminated plywood to seamlessly match the color and style of the unit. The drawer boxes, on the other hand, are using 1/2-inch natural plywood without any laminate finishing.

The current ASTM international code requires all storage units and chest-type furniture taller than 30” to be anchored to the wall. The connector for anchoring the furniture to the wall will be in your order package if your design requires it.

If you are one of those people who need to touch the material before buying furniture, we have a sample package for you. Order the Samples package and we will send you a package of all colors. You can check them in your house and order your Woodlly with certainty.

Order and Payment

Yes, you can and it is so convenient. Our 3D design app is designed to be used on all size smartphones. But, our 3D design app has a better experience on larger screens like tablets or laptops.

After you placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email which has a Track Your Order link. You also can track your order by signing in and check your Account

First check your SPAM folder. If you still cannot find the email, you can go to “Track my Order” on our home page footer and enter the email that you used to place the order. We will send you another confirmation email. If you didn’t receive the second email, you can reach out to us at [email protected] and we will take care of it for you.

When you place the order, we send it to the factory where people start cutting and working on your furniture. Every order is a unique design that has been cut and tailored for you. That is why it’s not possible to make any change or cancel after you placed your order.

Shipping and Return

The delivery normally takes up to 2 to 4 weeks. If your order is so large, it might require more time. In such a case we will let you know via email.

Shipping cost varies based on the size of your design. It is the direct negotiated rates from UPS for all destinations within the United States except for Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. Currently we don’t offer delivery to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. For those of you who live in such a place, you can reach out to us and request shipping cost information.

Currently, we don’t offer delivery out of the United States. We are working on expanding our delivery region. Sign up for our newsletter to hear about our updates.

You can always track your order on your account. You can see if your furniture is in production or it’s out for delivery. We also email you a week before shipping to confirm your address. After you confirm your address, we will ship your furniture. Our carrier will contact you before delivery to schedule a time and make sure you’re home to receive your order.

Even though our 3D configurator technology gives you what exactly you want and decreases the return rate dramatically, we understand if you don’t like your shelf when you see it in your house. Your design has been manufactured just for you and since it's a custom-made shelf, it cannot be re-sell to someone else. But still, you can let us know via email and someone from our team will help you with the return process. You can try it on different parts of your home and let it sit there for a couple of days before deciding to return.

Your order will be shipped to you in flat packages and boxes. We will inform you of the number of packages that you expect at your door via email after your order has been shipped.


Our team works so carefully to prevent any error, but we’re all human. If by any chance, you received the wrong furniture, email us within the 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product. We will schedule to return the wrong furniture and ship the correct one to you.
