We get it. Sometimes you need to see your Woodlly in your space before falling in love with it. If you don’t, we’ve got you covered. Email us at [email protected] and we will help you to return your Woodlly.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING RATE

We take shipping seriously because if something happens to your package, all your design and our work will be wasted. Therefore, we spend more time securing your package to get to you safely. The shipping cost within the United States will be calculated based on the size of your design.

2. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We have a detailed tracking system for you. After you placed your order, we will send you an email to track the order immediately. You can use the link in the confirmation email or log in to your account and track your order under the Order Status page. Delivery time varies depending on your location. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

3. DELIVERY TIME

We work on your furniture as soon as we receive your order. We don’t have any inventory and every order is a unique order for us to build. We could deliver your furniture way faster if it was just pulling off of the shelf, but we don’t want to comprise the uniqueness and quality. When you get your Woodlly, you would know that it is worth the wait.

Most of the orders will be shipped between 2 to 4 weeks unless otherwise promised. It takes time to engineer your shelf, cut it, hand-sand it carefully, assemble it in the house to make sure everything is perfect, and quality control it on each step. We take pride in the quality of our product. We are doing our best to ship your shelf as we promised, however delay might occur due to supply chain problems. We are not responsible for any delay that happened due to global supply chain disruptions.

We will send you an email after your shelf is packaged and ready to ship. We want to make sure you are available to receive your order. After your confirmation, we will ship your order.

4. AFTER YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER

It will take you several minutes to assemble your shelf because we have already pre-assembled it for you in our warehouse. You can assemble it and enjoy your Woodlly right after you received it. But if you don’t have time right after you received it, please take a moment within the next 48 hours and inspect your package for any potential problems. We do our best to make your Woodlly perfect, but from our door to yours, it’s partially out of our control. Please email us at [email protected] and send us pictures of the damaged pieces within 48 hours after the delivery time and we will take it from there.

5. MISSING PARTS OR PACKAGES

Depending on the size, your order can come in one or several packages. We do our best to minimize the error but in the case of missing a part or an entire package, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours after the delivery time and we will send you the missing part as soon as we can.

6. WHERE DO WE SHIP

We ship anywhere within the United State. Currently, we don’t offer delivery internationally or to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. For those of you who live in such a place, you can reach out to us and request shipping cost info.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Your order will be sent to the factory 24 hours after your order has been placed. We keep your order for 24 hours before starting the work on your custom shelf. That will give you enough time to make sure what you ordered is what you actually want.

Your Custom Woodlly Shelf can be canceled or modified one-time within 24 hours from the date that the order has been placed, free of charge. After 24 hours, there is no free of charge option to cancel or modify your custom-made order.

Your Custom, made-to-order Woodlly Shelf can be canceled after 24 hours but before the item has been shipped with forfeiture of 50% of the order’s subtotal value, before discount. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Your Custom, made-to-order Woodlly Shelf can be returned within 30 days from the delivery. The refund for returned items is equal to 50% of the order’s value, after discount, minus any shipping charges for the return shipment. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. The refund will be made after the item has been returned and inspected at our warehouse. There are no exceptions to this policy.

All returns must be received in original condition and made within 30 days from delivery.

Upon receipt of the return and item inspection, refund determination will be based on the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.


1. IN CASE OF DAMAGE!


Sometimes the universe is conspiring against us. No matter how careful we are, sometimes things are damaged in shipment. Do not worry if a piece or two got damaged on shipping. We know, it’s not fun but we’ve got your back. Just email us at [email protected] within the 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the deficit pieces to report the issue. We will get back to you to resolve the issue. In the case of repair or replacements, we will cover the cost and ship it to you free of charge.

You still can contact us after 48 hours to report an issue. Any damage report after 48 hours of delivery will be resolved with an additional charge depending on the damage. The additional charge includes the cost of the replacement part plus the shipping cost.

2. THE RETURN PROCESS

Even though our 3D configurator technology gives you what exactly you want and decreases the return rate dramatically, still we understand if you don’t like your furniture when you see it in your house. That’s why we give you 30 days to fall in love with it. You have enough time to try it on different parts of your home and let it sit there for a couple of days before deciding to return.

Despite all that, if you decide to return your Woodlly, email us at [email protected] and we’ll send you a return shipping label. You need to keep your original packaging and return it in the same packaging and original condition.

Everyone can order their furniture inch by inch on Woodlly. Your design has been manufactured just for you and it cannot be sold to someone else. It’s not a mass production so we don’t have inventory to put the return order back on the shelf. That is why there is a fee equal to 50% of the order’s value on returning your custom shelf. The refund for returned items is equal to 50% of the order’s value, after discount, minus any shipping charges for the return shipment. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We care about your experience with Woodlly even if that means returning your unique Woodlly design at this moment. Please read our policies carefully to be sure we both have reasonable expectations for delivering your custom, made-to-order shelf.

3. REFUND

Once we receive your order at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items. After the return is confirmed we will process your refund within 7 days. Give your bank 5-7 business days to transfer the money. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. We are not liable for any delay in your refund or any other liability if your payment method used to make the original purchase has changed.

4. WARRANTY

We take pride in the quality of our product and want your Woodlly to be a positive experience. That is why we offer one year of warranty on our furniture that has manufacturing defects effective from the date of delivery. Warranty does not apply to any conditions resulting from misuse or faulty installation. Modifications made to the structure by the customer, including the installation of third-party or other components, will invalidate this warranty. This Warranty is applicable only to the original owner at the original address of delivery. The warranty is non-transferable and does not survive movement of the item to another location after initial delivery.
